Start Quest Network Errors will appear if the hosting conditions are not met. Location: Chapter 114: The Edgelands - The Sacred Peak And while you're at it, let's not name your daughters Jethro either, okay? Heh.Strike Time: Yes Strike Time bonus applies for this raid. So that brings me to my third new motto: Mamas, don't name your sons Jethro. Visits by all-powerful alien beings only happens to happens to guys named Jethro in New Mexico or Arizona. My second motto is this: There are no benevolent godlike creatures in space waiting to test us, judge us, or take us under their wing to guide and love us. The plays I acted in when I was a sixth grader had better drama and didn't fool anybody into spending themselves into a dark and airless demise on the cold orange sands of a distant planet. So my new motto from this experience is, "Stick to the plan and don't let some farce divert you." I think I'll skip mysteries now too. Again, it was a nothingburger outcome from not having met the challenge, but at least now my settlement isn't all asphyxiating or freezing to death. So I did rage-quit and reload a save back to the beginning of the Metatron farce, then proceeded to play through it and IGNORE it. And then in the next 2 sols, my settlement basically crashed into financial and resource ruin because I had spent the last 12 Sols falling short of infrastructure needs while trying so hard to fund this damned mystery scenario. And the penalty was a lame guilt-trip, but ultimately a harmless nothingburger. It turned out that I missed it by about 1/2 a Sol. I was prepared to rage-quit the game, but I decided to play through and see if I could meet the challenge. It was sooo lame, like a bad Star Trek or Lost in Space episode from the 1960s. Mild spoiler alert below, so use your discretion if reading past this paragraph. Okay, looping back, because there's a lesson to be shared with anybody who might care to read this. Ironic :) Once in a blue moon I come up with a good one. No need to tell the world how to behave or what to like/dislike. Don't like complaints about boredom? Don't read them.
